Spent $65 on a floral arrangement for my mums birthday, and it died in 3 days.Cut flowers should last between 7 & 12 days so I'm not impressed.

Appalling, Tacky Arangements.!!!!!!!I have no words for how disgusting this floral arrangement was. We spent $100 for something we picked out from an online bouquet. It arrived with gaps there were so few flowers..no roses just green foliage you could pick from the roadside and only tiny buds of the few flowers there were.The owner seemed confused when I phoned to chat and seemed quite happy with her blob" she "created.Please try somewhere else..the worst ever!!!"

Went in to get flowers for my mum. The florist made a beautiful arrangement. And well priced. The young lady that serves me was very professional and polite. Great customer service. Would recommend here for anyone looking for flowers.

Purchased a Valentines arrangement of 6 roses in a vase, ended up with aged roses in a screw-lid style re-used fruit jar that looked nothing like the image on their website. The Woolworths across the isle had nicer bunches that I could of put in a nice vase myself for less than half that I was charged here. Very disappointed as in the past they have provided to expectations.

This place has become less customer focused since the current owner took over. The range of products and hours are less good, and the store often smells of bleach instead of flowers. You can still get a nice bunch of flowers here at a reasonable price, but you wouldn't guess it from walking past.
